#3 Add and Event
If you would like to add an event, please let me know.  If you need to withdraw, you will receive 100% refund through May 3rd.  No refunds will be given after May 3rd.

#4 Friday Events
The Friday events may carry over to Saturday morning.

#5 Format
All events will be giant round robin groups of 8 players with the top 4 players from each group advancing to the single elimination stage.  For example, if there are 32 players in an event, then there will be 4 equal groups of 8 players.  Players are not grouped based on identical rating.  Players are grouped together based a snake seed draw with some club separation.  Unrated players may not advance from rated events.  If an event only has 8 players, then the winner of the group will receive the 1st prize and the finalist will receive the 2nd prize.  No players will advance from an event with only 8 players.

#6 Rules
Please arrive 30-60 min prior to the start of your first event.  Match time is default time.  If you need to leave the gym for any reason, please notify the tournament officials.  The balls, clip boards, and pencils will stay at the table.  The winner of each match must turn in the match slip to the control desk.  If there is any controversy during a match, please ask the tournament officials for help.  Please keep your warmup to 1-2 minutes to help us ensure a timely event.

#7 Food
On Friday, there will be no food.  On Saturday, free snacks and drinks will be available around noon and again around dinner time.  There will be no full-meals available at the tournament.

#8 Tell Others
Please let your fellow club members know that there are still a few more openings!  If they want to enter, they need to register asap.  If they e-mail me, I'll hold them a spot.
