Bible Verse of the Week

Acts 4:10-12

In comparison to eternity before us, how insignificantly unimportant is your backhand loop?

I love table tennis.  I love seeing my kids, other kids, teens, adults, and seniors succeed in table tennis.  I truly feel that is an excellent life-long sport that brings people and brings families together.  But the Gospel is what I'm most passionate about.  It is what fuels my efforts in table tennis.  Everyone is motivated in life by something different - the good news of Jesus Christ is what motivates me.

As a Christian academy, I do have a few Bible verses posted and we do begin each Thursday league with a verse and prayer.  But I would love to have a one-on-one conversation with you about Jesus.  Next time you visit the academy, ask me about it and I would love to share some truths from the Bible with you.

Our verse of the week is from Acts 4:10-12
Let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.  This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’  Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
