Everyone knows that they need to practice in order to make progress. But what? Specifically what should they be practicing in order to get to the next level? This is what we will be dealing with during the camp as each of the participants trains 5-6 hours per day plus optional fitness training plus optional lectures. Each of the expert coaches/trainers at the camp will help you personalize the drills and training routines to meet your needs and help you establish a training routine to use throughout the year.
